Grooming Policies and requirements
Grooming hours are currently:
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday - Closed
- Wednesday - 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Thursday - 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Friday - 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Saturday - Currently not available
- Sunday: Closed
- Cancelations given with less than 24 hours notice and / or missed appointments may be subject to a $50 fee if the appointment slot cannot be filled.
- Any arrival of later than 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to a $50 fee. Late arrivals must be rescheduled.
- Clients that arrive for an appointment without providing vaccinations will be denied services and may be subject to a missed appointment fee
- In order to maintain fair and accurate records, cancellations WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL OR TEXT (866.541.5369). Cancelations will not be accepted via phone or in-person.

Grooming Services and Prices
Bath & Brush
A Bath & Brush includes all of the following services: Bath • Blow Dry • Brush Out • Sanitary Trim or Clean Up • Nail Grind or Clip • Pad Trim • Ear Swab • Eye Clean Up. * Gland expression (external) is an additional $10 and is only included if requested by the client *
Small Dog
Up to 35 lbs. Long or Short Hair.
Medium Dog
Between 35 - 60 lbs. Long or Short Hair
Large Dog
Over 60 lbs. Long or Short Hair
Double Coat
Double Coat breeds will incur an additional charge of $25 or more.
All prices are "Starting At" - cost may be higher depending on condition of coat, temperament of pet, and other factors. Final Price will be determined by the groomer at the end of the grooming session.
Full Service Groom: All Doodle Breeds
A Full Groom includes: Shampoo using premium shampoo and conditioner • Blow Dry • Brush Out • Sanitary Trim • Nail Grind or Clip • Pad Trim • Ear Swab • Eye Clean Up. • Teeth Brushing • Professional Hair Cut * Gland expression (external) is an additional $10 and is only included if requested by the client *

Dematting
Dematting can be painful and difficult for a pet to tolerate. Dematting will often lead to hematomas and other skin irritations after the grooming has been completed. We strongly encourage all clients to regularly brush their pets and schedule professional grooming on a consistent basis.
All prices are "Starting At" - cost may be higher depending on condition of coat, temperament of pet, and other factors. Final Price will be determined by the groomer at the end of the grooming session.
Full Service Groom: Non-Doodle Breeds
A Full Groom includes everything that comes with a Bath and Brush PLUS a haircut.
Small Dog
Up to 35 lbs.
Medium Dog
Between 35 - 60 lbs.

Over 60 lbs.
Double Coat

Please note that our hours of operation for Daycare and Pet Hotel Drop-Off and Pick-Up for Saturdays is now 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. effective Saturday, February 21, 2026.
