Grooming Policies and requirements

Please note that our groomer has severe COCONUT allergies. Please notify our groomer if you use any coconut based products so she can take appropriate precautions.

Cancelation / Late Arrival / No Show Policy

Cancelations given with less than 24 hours notice and / or missed appointments may be subject to a $50 fee if the appointment slot cannot be filled.
Any arrival of later than 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to a $50 fee. Late arrivals must be rescheduled.
The fee for a missed appointment or late arrival will be charged to the client's card on file at the time of the missed appointment.
Clients that arrive for an appointment without providing vaccinations will be denied services and may be subject to a missed appointment fee
In order to maintain fair and accurate records, cancellations WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL OR TEXT (971.351.1061). Cancelations will not be accepted via phone or in-person.

All guests must be current on the following vaccinations

Bordetella
DHLPP / DaPP2 or identical combination
Rabies
