As a part of our team here, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling the level of play for groups of dogs. While in play groups you will be responsible for monitoring play while being aware of various play styles and ensuring that all dogs are safe, stress-free, and having fun. You will also be expected to maintain a clean play space, properly dispose of waste promptly, and communicate with your team about dogs in your group.
Other dog duties include, dispense meals and medications as needed, cleaning suites, laundry, sweeping, mopping, and dusting. You may be asked to climb a ladder and dust high spaces, you may be asked to get on your hands and knees to scrub out a suite or play area.
Front desk duties include, greeting clients with a smile and happy attitude while identifying each dog by name, bringing dogs into play groups while communicating with other Pack Leaders, answering the phone, scheduling clients for daycare/boarding, opening/closing for the day, handling payments, and have knowledge of basic computer skills.
This position will consist of full and part time shifts and can be flexible with schedules. All applicants will be required to work rotating weekends, rotating holidays, and must have a reliable method of transportation.
Physical Requirements: This job includes prolonged standing, walking, and various bending and stretching. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You must be able to move quickly in the event of an emergency.
Minimum Requirements include: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to multi-task, self-motivated; independent worker, proven ability to follow instructions and learn new things, ability to work in a team environment and share information with your team, able to demonstrate flexibility and coping skills to match changing environment.

Salary: $13.00 / hour or more depending on experience and qualifications
