A new way to get the most out of professional dog training

• Your schedule allows you to commit to the day(s) you selected.
• You would like your doggie to work on a variety of different skills and would like to switch back and forth between Day Training Programs. 
• You prefer not to make a larger,  upfront expense. 
• You like to save money! 
• You like bonuses and free stuff! :) 

• This service is offered and paid for by a flat monthly fee. The monthly fee is determined by the number of days per week you would like your dog to participate. 
• Please note: The subscription fee does NOT include the cost of daycare. 

• Participants in the Training Subscription Program pick which day (or days) of the week that they would like to have their dog trained.  
• Once a day(s) is agreed upon, the participant is expected to bring their doggie to daycare on the selected day. 
• This approach allows us to plan our schedule ahead of time, which brings the cost of training services down. We pass those saving to you! 
• Each plan comes with a "Monthly Bonus" - the more days a week they attend, the more bonuses they get! 

• One of the benefits of this model is that you can work with our trainer to pick skills from ANY of our Day Training Programs! 
• Please note that the Patio Manners and Day Training with Private Drop Off are priced as follows:

1. Subscription Bronze Plan $235 per month (1 Session per week)
2. Subscription Silver Plan $390 per month (2  Sessions per week)

• We offer all training services  on Monday - Friday of most weeks! 
• The subscription based pricing already accounts for daycare closures during Thanksgiving, Winter Break, New Year's Day and up to 2 unplanned closures per calendar year. 

Yes. After deciding which day(s) they would like to participate, you are required to  commit to attending those days while the subscription is active. 

• In order to get the most value for your money, we strongly encourage you to attend all your assigned days. 
• All participants are allowed to reschedule 1 day per month, as long  we are given at least  48 hours notice. 
• Rescheduled days do not carry over to the next month.
• Any unused / missed days will be forfeited at the end of the month.

Absolutely not! In order to provide as much flexibility as possible, the cost of daycare is not included in the subscription price. This allows the client to attend as much or a little daycare as they would like. 

Being able to schedule ahead of time and stick to that schedule is what allows us to offer this program at the discounted rates that we do!   

We understand change happens! Requests to change day(s) must be submitted at least 5 calendar days before the 1st of the month. 

• Absolutely not! If you would like to cancel or stop participating, please notify us IN WRITING at info@barklandia-pdx.com before 11:59 PM of the 5th calendar day before the end of the month. 
• For example: June has 30 days.  If you no longer wish to participate after June ends,  you would need to submit an email saying that you want to cancel NO LATER than 11:59 PM on June 25th. In this example billing for the next month would take place on June 26th. 

• Cancellations that take place after the “5 calendar day window before the end of the month” will be billed the full amount. You will still be eligible to use the services for  the month that was just billed. You will NOT be billed for the following month. 
• For example: June has 30 days. If you do not want to participate in July, but you submit the cancellation notice AFTER the 11:59 PM on June 25th, then you would be billed for July and the subscription will end at the end of July. You would still be able to use the services throughout July and you will not be billed again. 

• January - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on Jan. 26th. You will be billed on Jan. 27th.
• February - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on Feb 23rd. You will be billed on Feb. 24th.
• March - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on March 26th. You will be billed on March 27th.
• April - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on April 25th. You will be billed on April 26th.
• May - cancel no later than 111:59 PM on May 26th. You will be billed on May 27th.
• June - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on June 25th. You will be billed on June 26th.
• July - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on July 26th. You will be billed on July 27th. 
• August - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on August 26th. You will be billed on August 27th. 
• September - cancel no later than 11:59 PM  on Sept. 25th. You will be billed on Sept. 26th.
• October - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on Oct. 26th. You will be billed  on Oct. 27th. 
• November - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on Nov. 25th. You will be billed on Nov. 26th.
• December - cancel no later than 11:59 PM on Dec. 26th. You will be billed on Dec. 27th.
